Course Description
This course provides an in-depth understanding of Asset Information Requirements (AIR), a key component of the ISO 19650 framework. You'll explore how to define the data needed for asset operation, integrate AIR into the Employer’s Information Requirements (EIR), and apply it during various project stages. With a focus on practical implementation, templates, and real-world case studies, this course empowers BIM professionals, asset owners, and facility managers to achieve better asset performance, lifecycle cost efficiency, and smart data usage. The course also covers common data environments (CDE), COBie, and connection with digital twins. Upon completion, learners will be able to develop AIR documents and align project deliverables to asset management needs.
